This policy explains what information Doors & Wood collects through doorsnwood.com, why we collect it, and how you can ask us to change or delete it.
Who we are
Doors & Wood is a door and timber business at Siddique Wahab Road, near Ramzan Kanta, opposite Allied Bank, Ghas Mandi (Old Haji Camp Timber Market), Karachi 75500. You can reach us on WhatsApp or phone at 03212620327, or by email at yasir.jalal.khan@gmail.com.
Information we collect
- When you place an order: your name, phone number, delivery address and landmark, and optionally your email. We also save the door, size, quantity, notes and the payment method you choose.
- When you create an account: your name, email and phone number. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.
- When you send a message: your name, phone number and the message.
- When you review a product: the star rating and the review text. Reviews do not include your name.
- When you use the chat assistant: the messages you type.
We do not collect card numbers or bank details. The 30% advance is paid directly through EasyPaisa, JazzCash or Raast, outside this website.
How we use your information
- To confirm, prepare and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
- To check advance payments and answer your messages.
- To show the status of your order on the tracking page.
- To improve our products and service.
We do not sell or rent your information to anyone, and we do not use advertising trackers on this website.
Order tracking
Anyone with an order number can see that order's status, the door details and the estimate. The tracking page does not show your name, phone number or address. Keep your order number private.
Services we use
- Google Firebase — hosts the website and stores orders, accounts and messages.
- Cloudinary — stores and serves product photos.
- Google Gemini — writes the chat assistant's replies. Your chat messages are sent to Google for this. Please do not share personal details in the chat.
- ntfy — sends us a phone notification for each new order or message. The notification contains the order number, your name, city and door details, but not your phone number or address.
- WhatsApp — when you tap a WhatsApp button, the conversation happens on WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
- Google Maps — shows our shop location on the contact page.
Information stored on your device
Your browser saves your language choice (English or Urdu) and whether you have already reviewed a product. If you sign in, the login service keeps you signed in on that device. We do not use advertising cookies.
How long we keep information
We keep order records for as long as we need them for delivery, after-sales service and our business accounts. Messages are kept until they are answered and no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your information earlier.
Your choices
- Ask us what information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it. You can also edit your name and phone number from your account.
- Use the website without an account. Orders can be placed as a guest.

Security
Only the business owner can see full order and customer details. Access to our database is restricted by security rules, and the website is served over a secure HTTPS connection.
Children
This website is meant for adults buying doors for homes and offices. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date below.
